Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Fellow: A First class Master’s degree Geophysics/Applied Geophysics/ Exploration Geophysics/Geology.
- Senior Technical Assistant: First class Master’s degree Physics/Geophysics/Geology.
- Superintendent: Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with 5 years experience in administration related work.
- Upper Division Clerk: Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with 2 years experience in administration related work.
- Stenographer (Grade III): SSC or equivalent with typing speed of 40 w.p.m and shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m
- Lower Division Clerk: Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
Age limit
- Fellow: Upto 35 years
- Senior Technical Assistant: Upto 35 years
- Superintendent: Upto 35 years
- Upper Division Clerk: Upto 27 years
- Stenographer (Grade III): Upto 27 years
- Lower Division Clerk: Upto 32 years
Pay Scale
- Fellow: 15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs.5400
- Senior Technical Assistant: 9300-34800 with Grade pay of Rs.4200
- Superintendent: 9300-34800 with Grade pay of Rs.4200
- Upper Division Clerk: 5200-20200 with Grade pay of Rs.2400
- Stenographer (Grade III): 5200-20200 with Grade pay of Rs.2400
- Lower Division Clerk: 5200-20200 with Grade pay of Rs.1900
