V-Guard Industries Limited manufactures, trades, and sells electric and electronic goods in India. The company operates through Electronic Products, Electrical/Electro Mechanical Products, and Others segments

1. All students pursuing Graduate or Post Graduate Degree programmes in B.Com/BA/MBA and B. Tech/M.Tech with 60% marks throughout academics may apply for internship through online at V-Guard.
2. The university/ college, to which the student belongs, must be AICTE approved/ central or Deemed universities or from recognized autonomous Bodies such as the IITs & NITs.
3. To apply, the concerned Student must have a letter from his/ her college in original stating he is a bona-fide student and is allowed to undergo Project work/ Internship at V-Guard, clearly mentioning the duration of the Internship. In exceptional cases, for project work /internship, this requirement may be waived.
4. All Interns/project students will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement before commencement of the internship.
5. Selection will be based on availability of slots for project work/internship and suitability of the candidate.
