Desired Skills :

• Good understanding of Ad operation (Ad trafficking and optimization) Understanding and working knowledge of different ad servers (OAS real media, DFP, DFA, Atlas)
• Good knowledge of ad campaign life cycle, banner building, coding, scripting, rich media banner, Third party tags
• Knowledge of basic MS office.
• Good communication skills(Written and Verbal)
• Attention to detail
• Able to prioritize and plan ahead
• Ability to follow directions, think clearly and react sensibly under pressure
• Work well individually and as a team member
• Skill in establishing priorities and managing workload

Job Description :

• Generates and maintains all process related MIS data. Manages adhoc reporting requests and manages reporting for the team
• Identify and track the unmeasured areas keeping and maintaining quality standards as per the defined quality norms.
• Innovation and Bringing new ideas and Process Improvement.
• Improving skill level through Self-development / nominating training programs Skill verification Tests
•  Individual should have ability to provide solutions commensurate with the customers needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results
•  Meet the defined Quality Scores as defined by the process.
• To consistently meet or exceed CSAT parameters as defined for the process.

• Ad Trafficking through OAS Ad server.
• Ad Coordination
• Ad Optimization and troubleshooting.
• Maintaining different reports.
