- 0-4 year experience in any domain and wants to pursue a career into recruiting.
- Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific customer's requirements
- Understanding & analysing the requirement of the position based on Business Units specification
- Involved in sourcing profiles through job portals
- Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates
- Post job on the portals to increase the pool of candidates
- Develop creative way to attract the right people would be interested the opportunity
- Match the skill sets of the candidates to the job description provided by analysing and screening their resumes
- Conduct skills testing and reference checks
- Good communication skills (fluency in English
