EY GLOBAL SERVICES WALKIN DRIVE ON 4TH TO 13TH MAR 2015

• Responsible for heavy calendar management, interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants as well as consultants to coordinate and plan a variety of complex executive meetings
• Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Managers
• Review and summarize miscellaneous documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
• Assist in pipeline/forecast preparation and management and other ad hoc reports
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner

1. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
2. Creating purchase requests & clearing the invoices against the purchase order in timely manner.
3. Co Ordinate ,support in the Client visits & support in other logistical arrangements.
