Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Commerce graduates 2014 Pass outs Graduates B.Com/ B.B.A/ B.B.M/M.Com are eligible
- Graduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply.
- Excellent Communication skills,both written and oral
- Candidates Willing to work in any shifts.
- Candidate should not have any backlogs
- Not more than 2 years of gap in graduation.
- B.E, B.Tech, MSc, MBA, BSc IT, MSc IT & M.Tech is not eligible
- Having complete knowledge and control on client/UW accounts, that is understanding and tracking of all receivable and payable funds including premium, return premium and claims settlements.
- Knowledge in generating different BOB/WCD reports and review to prioritize the day by day work
- Chasing respective clients/UW via email follow up with calls towards collection of funds well within the warranty/SDD period and settle to underwriter
- Effective management of correspondence/queries
- Making sure to review all received correspondences and prioritise day by day work
