• Must have excellent communication skills with A good hold over the English Language (Fluency, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Comprehension and thought process)
• Neutral Accent
• Must be willing to work in Rotational Shifts<br># Cab facility will be provided between 7 pm to 7 am.
• Awareness of basic Computer skills (Good to have knowledge of Networking, Server and Operating system concepts)

Job Role and Responsibility :

• Work will involve providing Voice and E-Mail support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users worldwide
• Technical Support Engineer - International - Voice/Semi Voice
• Resolving Technical Queries over phone/mails
• Dealing with Clients across the globe
• Any Additional Information :Candidate will be permanent employee of Artech Infosystems and would be working at client location
• Cab services provided for shifts between 7pm to 7am only
